Day 1
Breakfast ~ Snack ~ Lunch and Dinner Menu
* I drink 1 large glass of water before all my meals and usually 1 small glass of water afterwards.
Breakfast : I start with two large glasses of water.
½ Cup of Organic Oatmeal cooked with 1 Cup of water.
Next I add ¾ Cup of Organic Blueberries, Cook for about 5-7 minutes and let stand
For an additional 3 Min. Then I add about 7-10 Walnuts and 1 teaspoon if Cinnamon.
Snack : One medium Organic Green Apple ~ I cup of Organic Green Tea
Lunch: Wild Salmon baked with Coconut Oil. The I just add a dash of Salt & Pepper
I Can of Organic Green Beans, Green Olives, 1 small tomato and 1 teaspoon
Of Organic Virgin Olive Oil ~ Then I finish my meal with another cup of
Organic Green Tea.
Dinner: Went out to dinner at Bonefish Grill and Ordered Shrimp with Sea Scallops
I got a salad with tomatoes and added Olive Oil and Greek Olives.
Desert : 1 Prune (individually wrapped)
Exercise: I started my morning with a quick prayer and thanked God for my many blessings. I think it's important to always start my day with a grateful heart. Then I did a little stretching and did my 10 Minutes of Body Vibration Machine. After, I did a full Body Dry Brushing, to Exfoliate and Detoxify my body before I hit the shower.
Wow, I feel so accomplished today. I worked on my mind, body and soul.

Healthy Eating Recipes and More.......
Yes, I've tried just about every diet imaginable and guess what ??? The same old story. I'd lose a few pounds, starve myself and gain it all back again. Nothing seems to work for me. I know because I've been on a diet since I had my baby girl and she's now 7 years old. Yes, 7 years of starvation, depression, and yo-yo dieting. So I'm on a personal mission to reinvent myself. I'm going to lose weight and feel great. I will use a little from different diets, that I actually think will give me some real results. The three diets I will incorporate are The 8 Hour Diet, The Skinny Rules and The Virgin Diet.
I like all of theses, but combined I like them even better. I know one thing for sure; No diet on the planet will work if you aren't eating healthy. I also will incorporate a few tricks and Secrets I've learned along the way. So I invite you to join me or follow me to a life changing Journey.
Exercise
I'm not loving the whole exercise thing, but I am loving my new Body Vibration Machine. Prices range from about $150-$16,000.00. Yes, some are crazy expensive. I did my research and I purchased one that cost me $299.00. I got it two days ago and couldn't be happier. In a nutshell it's an hour worth of exercise for 10 minutes of whole body vibration. Not to mention loads of health benefits. More on this later.
Start with........
First I will start with The Virgin Diet and The 8 Hour Diet. I will incorporate the Foods used in the Virgin Diet for 21 Days while following the rules of The 8 Hour Diet. Which is simple. I will eat between an 8 hour window Monday thru Friday. Weekends I will leave open. So for example If I eat my first meal at 9am then my last meal will be at 5pm. or I eat at 11am then my last meal will be at 7pm. You get the picture. Now for Virgin Diet you basically must leave out 7 foods for 21 days. Then start to incorporate 4 of them back 1 week at a time. It might seam really easy at this point, but once I tell you what the 7 foods are, you will realize that about 80-90% of the foods have one or several of these forbidden foods. So, without further delay, the seven forbidden foods for 21 Days are...... drum roll please!
Gluten
Soy
Dairy
Egg
Corn
Peanuts
Sugar and/or Sweetener's
Remember it's only for 21 Days.
